of the DigiMarket digital goods marketplace

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") governs the collection, storage, processing, use, and protection of Users' personal data on the DigiMarket digital goods marketplace ("DigiMarket"), including the website and Telegram bot.

By using the DigiMarket website or Telegram bot and by completing transactions on the platform, the User confirms full and unconditional acceptance of this Policy. If the User does not agree, they must stop using DigiMarket.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The terminology used in this Policy follows applicable data protection laws, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

1.2. DigiMarket processes two categories of information:

  • Personalized data — related to a specific User;
  • Non-personalized data — technical and statistical data that does not directly identify a User.

1.3. Personal data is processed exclusively for:

  • User registration and identification;
  • operation of the marketplace;
  • fulfillment of transaction obligations;
  • fraud prevention and protection of DigiMarket and Users;
  • service quality improvement;
  • communication and support.

2. SOURCES AND TYPES OF DATA

2.1. DigiMarket may collect the following personal data:

During registration and platform use:

  • Telegram ID and Telegram account data provided during authorization;
  • Email address;
  • Internal account information (website login, DigiMarket profile identifiers);
  • UID, ID, Server ID, Zone ID and other game account data if required to fulfill an order.

Automatically collected technical data:

  • IP address;
  • browser/device/OS data;
  • date and time of visits;
  • interaction data with platform features;
  • data about uploaded/downloaded files;
  • behavior and preference statistics.

Information from communications:

  • data provided by the User when contacting support.

2.2. Confidential information includes data stored in DigiMarket's restricted databases not available to third parties.

2.3. Information voluntarily posted by the User in public sections (e.g., reviews) is not confidential.

3. LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSES

3.1. Personal data is processed based on:

  • User consent;
  • performance of contractual obligations between DigiMarket and the User;
  • legitimate interests of DigiMarket (platform integrity and fraud prevention);
  • legal requirements.

3.2. Personal data is used for:

  • registration and authorization;
  • order processing and transaction fulfillment;
  • account security;
  • order status notifications;
  • support and feedback;
  • improving the DigiMarket interface and features.

4. STORAGE AND PROTECTION

4.1. DigiMarket applies technical and organizational measures to protect User data, including:

  • encryption of stored information;
  • restricted staff access;
  • unauthorized access prevention systems;
  • secure data transmission protocols.

4.2. Access to a User account is provided via Telegram authorization or a secure login system. The User must not share authorization credentials with third parties.

4.3. Any changes made after authorization are considered made by the User.

5. TRANSFER AND DISCLOSURE

5.1. DigiMarket does not transfer personal data to third parties except when:

  • it is necessary to fulfill an order (e.g., transfer to a fulfillment agent);
  • the User voluntarily provided such data to a third party;
  • required by law;
  • needed to protect the rights and legitimate interests of DigiMarket or the User.

5.2. DigiMarket does not sell or transfer personal data for advertising purposes.

6. USER RIGHTS

The User has the right to:

  • access their personal data;
  • correct or update their data;
  • withdraw consent for data processing (in which case platform usage becomes impossible);
  • delete their account (if it does not contradict legal requirements and does not prevent fulfillment of transaction obligations).

Requests can be sent via DigiMarket support.

7. LIABILITY

7.1. DigiMarket is not responsible for consequences of the User disclosing their authorization credentials.

7.2. DigiMarket is not liable for losses resulting from:

  • actions of third parties;
  • technical failures;
  • incorrect use of the platform;
  • providing false or inaccurate data by the User.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS

8.1. DigiMarket operates under the laws of the Russian Federation. All disputes are resolved in accordance with Russian law.

8.2. DigiMarket may update this Policy unilaterally. The new version takes effect upon publication.

8.3. Continued use of DigiMarket after changes confirms the User's acceptance of the updated Policy.
